Student Gaming:

We have seen an uptick in students playing a shooting simulator game. The game is called 1V1.lol and has to be downloaded to your student’s device. Per the BPS Technology Responsible Use policy, students are not to download games to their school issued device. We have also noticed this game is causing damage to student devices as a result of hitting the same key repeatedly. The repair for this damage will be charged to the family.

We appreciate you checking on your student’s device and making sure they are complying with school rules. Please let us know if you have any questions.

~ BMS Spotlight on Learning ~

This week, we would like to shine our BMS Spotlight on our Unified Theater Actors and all of the adult supervisors who made this event possible. This past Friday, our amazing students put on a play that celebrated inclusivity. In particular, we would like to thank Kellyn McLaughlin for her leadership. Great work students!

This week, we would like to shine our BMS Spotlight on Janna Fadale for her work with the design of our BMS Wall of Fame! Thank you Janna for working with our parent volunteers for arranging the pictures on the wall!

Do you know of a BMS Faculty/Staff/Student member that is shining bright? If you do, please complete the form below and we can include the nomination in an upcoming newsletter.
